Digital Customer Manager

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Digital Customer Manager to support the digital transformation of aeronautical operations for its customers’ fleets, focusing on programmes such as the A400M, MRTT, Eurodrone and Eurofighter. The role will be based in Getafe, Spain and will work closely with international teams and customers to ensure accurate and secure data exchange.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the digital flow of aircraft configuration and maintenance data between internal and customer systems, guaranteeing data fidelity.
• Support and develop customer and industry requirements by analysing information processes and IS/IT systems involved in aircraft maintenance.
• Lead integration projects for Ground Support Devices (MDS, MOSS, Smartforce Products, PMT, IETPX) within the Smart Force portfolio.
• Provide inputs for new digital services based on evolving tools and customer needs.
• Coordinate project planning, cost control, risk identification and stakeholder engagement, including customers and internal program offices.
• Ensure compliance with Part 145, Part M and information‑security requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in aeronautical operations or maintenance with a focus on digital applications and data flows.
• High adaptability to new topics and ability to work across multicultural teams.
