Digital Marketing Associate (Dutch Native)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a marketing professional to lead the development and execution of strategic campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth. The role works with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver marketing initiatives, optimise performance with data-driven insights and promote products and experiences across digital channels. It is based in Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy of your experiences, including exclusive events worldwide for partners and Fever Original events.
• Create performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility using social channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyse performance and identify opportunities.
• Manage the P&L of your region and a large marketing budget.
• Coordinate with Sales, Media, CRM, Design and Content teams to set strategic campaign direction.
• Build your team and grow your experiences.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, Facebook ads and other social paid platforms.
• Native-level Dutch and a good level of English.
• Marketing background.
• Willingness to work in Madrid and grow within Fever.
