About the Role

InnovaLiving is looking for a proactive and execution-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Assistant to join our growing team in Marbella. This is not a purely strategic role; we are seeking a hands-on creator who loves to build, organize, and transform ideas into high-quality digital assets that drive engagement.

Main Missions

• Social Media Management: Manage and schedule engaging content across Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Video Production: Edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok style) to boost visibility.
• Visual Design: Create attractive visual assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
• Website Maintenance: Update and manage content on our WordPress website.
• Email Marketing: Support the execution and deployment of email campaigns.
• SEO Implementation: Execute on-page SEO tasks, including blog uploads, keyword integration, and content optimization.
• Organization: Ensure strict adherence to content calendars and project timelines.

Profile Required

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Fluent in English (essential for our international clientele).
• A "doer" mindset: highly organized, reliable, and capable of fast, consistent execution.
• Ability to work directly with the founder in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
