Digital Marketing Manager – Integrated Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead integrated campaigns for Lighthouse’s AI‑powered hospitality platform. Based in Barcelona, you will drive end‑to‑end digital activation aimed at hotel marketers worldwide, turning data insights into measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch multi‑channel campaigns across landing pages, email workflows, paid media, social and events.
• Manage campaign assets in HubSpot and coordinate messaging across dozens of touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product marketing, content, design and sales to ensure consistent positioning and to generate qualified leads (MQLs, SQLs) and closed‑won revenue.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude to accelerate content creation, ideation and performance analysis.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, optimizing for conversion and ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience running full‑funnel digital campaigns for B2B SaaS or hospitality products.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven results.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
