Technical SEO Manager

About the role

Click&Boat, the European leader in boat rentals, is looking for a Technical SEO Manager to rebuild and scale the organic search foundation of its marketplace. Reporting to the Head of Search, you will work across product, engineering, content and marketing teams to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Rebuild and strengthen the technical SEO foundations of Click&Boat’s search results for multiple markets.
• Own and prioritize SEO initiatives across several properties while keeping Click&Boat and Boats Group workstreams separate.
• Define and execute on‑page SEO and content strategies aligned with user intent and business goals.
• Lead improvements in crawlability, indexation, internal linking, rendering and site performance.
• Design, run and evaluate SEO experiments using SearchPilot or similar testing tools.
• Analyse performance across markets, languages and property types to uncover growth opportunities.
• Champion SEO best practices across the organization and foster a test‑and‑learn culture.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO experience managing multiple international web properties.
• Strong technical SEO expertise with a solid understanding of JavaScript, rendering, crawling and indexation.
• Experience in marketplace, travel or e‑commerce environments.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on mindset, able to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.
