Digital Sales Account Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

SoftwareOne, a global provider of software and cloud solutions present in over 70 countries, is hiring a Digital Sales Account Manager in Port of Spain on a hybrid model. The role manages a portfolio of SME accounts, acts as a trusted advisor, drives renewals and growth, and works closely with internal sales, technical, product and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned SME accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and digital sales advisor.
• Drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs, usage patterns, business challenges and market trends.
• Coordinate customer requests and service needs with technical, product, support and other cross-functional teams, ensuring timely resolution.
• Resolve escalations and post-sales issues, including technical concerns and billing discrepancies, while keeping a strong customer experience.
• Analyze account performance, customer engagement and sales data to identify growth opportunities, support territory planning and recommend improvements to sales and account management strategies.

Required profile

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Effective communication and negotiation with customers, managing objections, expectations and escalations with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to translate business challenges into relevant technology solutions by collaborating with technical, product and support teams.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage customer requests and analyze account and sales data.
