Digital Sales Representative (Swiss Market)

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Digital Sales Representative focused on the Swiss market. The role is designed as onsite, with the expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office in Barcelona. It is an entry-level position within the sales job family.

Key responsibilities

• Sell standard solutions for a set of assigned accounts based on defined account strategies and plans, partnering with field sales or selling independently
• Create account plans for low to medium complexity accounts
• Generate and qualify potential leads to pass to the Inside Sales team
• Build a targeted sales pipeline and prioritize tasks
• Work closely with outside sales, channel partners and end customers to move opportunities to closure
• Engage internally with teams from different business units and countries

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field (IT or sales preferred)
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
• Fluent English; German preferred
• Location: Barcelona or willingness to relocate

Required skills

• Foundational knowledge of the company's product and service portfolio and of the industry in the territory
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work in a team; may need a hunter approach or a strategic farmer/relationship-selling approach depending on the role
• Foundational knowledge of a CRM system or Salesforce
