Digital Software Advisor (Italian-speaking)

About the role

HP is looking for a Digital Software Advisor (Inside SW Tech Advisor) for its Barcelona Hub, based in Sant Cugat del Valles. You will act as the technical bridge between HP's digital software solutions and customers, validating complex opportunities, running Proof of Concepts and remote demonstrations, and training customers and channel partners. The role is full time, with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Validate new software opportunities with Sales Representatives by analysing customer environments and business goals
• Lead end-to-end Proof of Concepts, configuring environments and defining success criteria with clients
• Run remote demonstrations tailored to the audience, from technical features for IT admins to ROI for executives
• Design and deliver technical enablement sessions for customers and workshops for channel partners
• Act as the first technical escalation point, troubleshooting blockers with Level 3 Support and Engineering
• Capture customer insights and feed them back to Product Management

Required profile

• 3-5+ years in Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Fluency in English and Italian; native Italian is required, Spanish is a plus
• Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable leading virtual rooms and explaining complex topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical problem solver able to troubleshoot under pressure

Required skills

• SaaS models, Endpoint Management (MS Intune, VMware Workspace ONE) and cybersecurity fundamentals
• Windows OS architecture and telemetry data
• Nice to have: scripting languages such as PowerShell, Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate or ITIL Foundation certification, interest in the Future of Work and DEX trends
