Digital Transformation Project Manager Consultant

About the role

Volkswagen Group Services is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager Consultant to join its Consulting team in Valencia. You will support and lead digital transformation initiatives for Volkswagen Group partners, providing project management expertise and strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Support consulting projects from conception to implementation for digital transformation.
• Apply project management methods to ensure successful delivery.
• Structure content, solve problems creatively and independently.
• Present and moderate meetings across hierarchical levels and diverse company cultures.
• Work on multiple topics in parallel, including customer projects, internal initiatives, and business development support.

Required profile

• University degree in management, economics, engineering or a quantitative field; Master’s in Business Management is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project‑management consulting with a focus on digital transformation.
• Proven track record leading digital transformation, IT and technology‑enabled business change initiatives.
• Experience delivering IT and digital projects in complex environments; automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset and excellent intercultural teamwork skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe and the Americas.
