Director Brand Communications Iberia

About the role

The Director Brand Communications Iberia will lead the region’s brand communications strategy, campaigns and activations, ensuring alignment with European and global brand direction. This senior position drives brand advocacy, market share growth and net sales across all consumer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Iberia’s brand communications, PR, talent and publishing strategy across categories, aligning with Europe, Global and local market priorities.
• Design and execute integrated brand campaigns that connect communications, PR, partners, channel marketing, sports marketing and publishing.
• Manage category communications, agency briefings and publishing plans to meet brand standards and market opportunities.
• Develop sell‑in tools and cross‑category activation plans to support product launches throughout the GTM cycle.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, budgets, ROI and KPIs, using data and audience insights to optimise performance.
• Build and manage a network of partners, creators, influencers and cultural icons for locally resonant storytelling.
• Oversee Corporate PR, CSR and brand protection at the zone/country level, safeguarding reputation.
• Coordinate the annual and seasonal integrated marketing calendar with GTM, omnichannel, sports and brand activation teams.
• Lead, coach and develop the Brand Communications team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Act as a senior cross‑functional leader, influencing stakeholders across Iberia and Europe.
