About the role
The Director of Finance will act as the strategic financial business leader for a luxury beachfront hotel in Ibiza. Reporting to senior hotel management, the role is responsible for shaping and executing financial strategies that support the brand’s service standards and deliver strong return on investment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement property‑wide financial strategies aligned with the brand’s objectives.
- Provide financial expertise to support brand service initiatives and capital projects.
- Create and execute a comprehensive business plan that drives financial performance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the hotel.
- Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and local regulations.
Required profile
- Four‑year bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of relevant finance experience, preferably in hospitality or a similar service‑focused environment.
