Director/a Veterinario/a – hasta 35K | Oviedo

About the role

The clinic is seeking a Director Veterinarian to lead a small‑animal practice in Oviedo, Asturias. You will oversee a team of three veterinarians and two veterinary assistants, ensuring high‑quality clinical care while fostering professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical consultations, diagnosis and treatment for small‑animal patients.
• Focus on preventive medicine and client education.
• Perform soft‑tissue surgical procedures.
• Manage and coordinate the veterinary team, organizing workflow and supporting centre management.
• Participate in business analysis and strategic planning for the clinic.

Required profile

• Veterinary degree recognised and registered in Spain.
• Minimum four years of demonstrable clinical experience.
• Proven experience in soft‑tissue surgery.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑focused attitude.
• Organisational, leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in continuous professional development and clinical management.
