Dock Assistant

About the role

Brunswick, a global marine leader behind Freedom Boat Club, is looking for a Dock Assistant at its FBC Barcelona base. Reporting to the Dock Experience Manager or Operations Manager, the role ensures efficient day-to-day dock operations and optimal fleet condition by keeping boats to company standards and delivering a safe, high-quality, service-oriented experience for members.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the club's fleet in optimal condition, identify and report incidents or damage and support their timely resolution.
• Clean, maintain and inspect boats and assigned company tools according to company standards and safety procedures.
• Support members before, during and after boating activities with clear instructions and assistance at the dock.
• Help with club activities and events such as boating training, member events, boat shows and trade fairs.
• Report completed tasks, incidents and operational activities accurately using the defined systems and processes.
• Carry out additional operational duties asked by the Dock Experience Manager or Fleet Manager.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish and intermediate spoken English (B2).
• Valid driving licence (category B).
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Interest in recreational boating and eagerness to learn.
