PaaS Planning & Fulfillment Analyst

About the role

HP is hiring a PaaS Planning & Fulfillment Analyst in Sant Cugat del Valles to join its Print-as-a-Service (PaaS) business. The role owns end-to-end fulfillment for critical PaaS customers across EMEA and North America, ensuring product availability, smooth order execution and a great customer experience. It works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Customer Support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fulfillment and availability for strategic PaaS customers across EMEA and North America.
• Monitor supply, demand, backlog and order execution to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive cross-functional issue resolution and escalation management.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to improve customer experience and operational performance.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans and continuously improve fulfillment processes.

Required profile

• Recommended four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 4-7 years of experience, preferably in supply chain, operations or a related field; an advanced degree with 3-5 years of experience is also acceptable.
• Proactive, customer-focused professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex supply chain environments.
• Preferred certifications: PMP and Certified Professional in Supply Management.
