Dual Training Internship – Hotel Santiago

About the role

This dual‑training internship gives students the chance to work across multiple hotel departments at Barceló Hotel Santiago, gaining hands‑on experience while completing their studies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in front‑office operations, including reception and reservations.
• Support housekeeping and room service activities.
• Participate in restaurant, bar and kitchen service tasks.
• Contribute to maintenance and guest‑experience initiatives.
• Help with commercial, events, and revenue‑management functions.
• Perform administrative duties related to the academic program.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a vocational training program, bachelor’s degree or master’s related to hospitality, tourism or hotel management.
• Willingness to sign a training agreement with the educational institution.
