Dutch Account Strategist - Search Engine Products

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Dutch-speaking Account Strategist for its search engine products business in Barcelona. You will work with media agencies and online advertising partners to identify and apply the right advertising solutions, acting in a consultative way so that agencies get the best return on their clients' advertising spend.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Media, Digital Marketing and Online Advertising Agency partners to find the right advertising solutions for each advertiser
• Deliver the optimal digital advertising solution for every customer and give strategic advice to help agencies maximise ROI
• Improve agency relationships, share performance-enhancing suggestions and upsell or promote other Google products
• Meet assigned quotas while delivering an excellent customer sales experience
• Communicate with agencies proactively by phone and email

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably building and optimising PPC campaigns; 0-1 years also acceptable
• Fluent spoken and written English; native or advanced Dutch is a plus
• Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a team player with leadership and communication skills

Required skills

• Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense or YouTube is desirable
• Experience building and optimising PPC campaigns is preferred

What we offer

• Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) on a long-term contract
• Salary of 30,000 EUR gross per year plus up to 3,500 EUR gross per year in bonus
• Relocation package: flight ticket and accommodation for the first month plus an allowance for the second month
• Three weeks of intensive training on Google Ads and sales, with ongoing coaching and continuous training and certifications in Google products
• Contests held bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly and a clear career path within the project
