Dutch Google Campaign Specialist – Barcelona (Hybrid, Relocation)

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Google Campaign Specialist to join our international team in Barcelona. You will act as a trusted advisor for newly onboarded advertisers, helping them design, launch and optimise digital advertising strategies that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of newly acquired advertisers, ensuring smooth account setup and activation.
• Understand clients' objectives, target audiences and challenges to recommend tailored advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage and optimise PPC and digital advertising campaigns.
• Build long‑term relationships through phone calls, virtual meetings and email.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve performance and maximise ROI.
• Identify upselling and growth opportunities for additional advertising solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an efficient onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1).
• Minimum one year of professional experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset, leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, technology and advertising.
• Curious, motivated and eager to continue learning.
