E-commerce & Marketplace Manager – Spain

About the role

We are looking for an E‑commerce & Marketplace Manager to drive the growth of our brand in Spain. You will be responsible for optimizing our online presence on our own website and on key Spanish marketplaces, with the goal of increasing sales, visibility and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise product listings across the company website and major Spanish marketplaces.
• Improve product visibility through e‑merchandising, category management and promotional execution.
• Coordinate marketplace launches, catalogue updates and content enhancements.
• Monitor pricing competitiveness and support pricing strategies and promotional activities.
• Produce weekly sales and performance reports, tracking KPIs such as revenue, conversion and profitability.
• Conduct competitor and market benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the expansion and optimisation of existing and new marketplaces, building relationships with account managers.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, customer service and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of e‑commerce activities.

Required profile

• Experience with e‑commerce platforms and product information management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to produce actionable insights from performance data.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
