eCommerce Key Account Manager – Amazon Europe

About the role

Revlon is seeking an eCommerce Key Account Manager to own and grow its beauty portfolio on Amazon across Europe. The position is hybrid, with three days a week in the Cornellà de Llobregat office and the remaining days remote. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager – Amazon EU, the role will drive revenue, profitability and expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own Europe‑wide beauty revenue and profitability targets on Amazon EU.
• Manage day‑to‑day commercial relationships with Amazon and coordinate joint business plans, category negotiations and investment strategies.
• Define assortment, pricing, brand distribution and profitability initiatives to sustain a competitive market position.
• Identify growth opportunities, develop geographic expansion plans and launch new products.
• Explore white‑space opportunities and accelerate growth of existing and emerging brands.
• Partner with Supply Chain to improve forecasting, demand planning, product availability and overall operational performance.
• Monitor and optimise Amazon performance metrics such as availability, traffic, conversion, margin and Buy Box.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing commercial relationships with eCommerce platforms, preferably Amazon Europe.
• Demonstrated ability to lead revenue‑growth strategies for beauty or consumer‑goods portfolios.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on profitability and market share.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with supply‑chain, marketing and finance teams.
