Ed-Tech Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Ed‑Tech Project Manager to lead and scale an innovative online education platform focused on workforce development and career transformation. Based in Spain, you will drive operational excellence, expand international reach, and enhance the student experience across multiple learning tracks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the virtual learning platform, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Coordinate resources, instructors, and support teams to deliver multiple training programs.
• Develop and execute strategies for international growth, including multilingual content expansion.
• Recruit, onboard, train and lead cross‑functional remote teams.
• Drive student acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth through process optimisation.
• Establish, monitor and analyse key performance indicators to improve program effectiveness.
• Implement scalable processes and operational frameworks for sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to align educational initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project, product or operations management within EdTech, e‑learning or SaaS.
• Strong organisational and multi‑project management abilities in fast‑paced environments.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling remote or distributed teams.
• Strategic mindset with solid business acumen and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyse data, track performance metrics and make data‑driven decisions.
