Instructional Designer (French Speaker)

About the role

ATEXIS, a multinational consulting firm and part of Altexis, provides engineering support services to clients in the aerospace, defence, naval, railway, energy and industrial sectors. It is looking for an Instructional Designer to join its Content Factory team in Seville.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse training needs and learning objectives to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Design educational materials such as courses, modules, guides and manuals using instructional methodologies.
• Develop interactive and multimedia content (videos, simulations, assessments) together with subject matter experts.
• Apply pedagogical principles and learning technologies, including LMS and authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.

Required profile

• Education in pedagogy or a related field in instructional design.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in instructional design, with a portfolio.
• C1 English and B2 French.

Required skills

• Experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite.
