Electrical Technician

About the role

The Electrical Technician is responsible for assembling, repairing, and validating electrical and mechanical components of machines destined for customers worldwide. The role combines workshop work with on‑site technical assistance, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble electrical panels according to customer specifications and electrical diagrams.
• Repair, assemble, and test safety devices and machine drives.
• Install and replace power batteries.
• Inspect and maintain hydraulic circuits of engines.
• Validate electrical and hydraulic operation of equipment and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
• Provide on‑site technical assistance (up to 40% of time) and prepare detailed activity reports.
• Supervise junior electrical personnel and ensure proper hand‑over of finished machines.
• Maintain workshop machinery, orderliness, and compliance with HSE rules.

Required profile

• Commitment to occupational health and safety and environmental best practices.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with Electrical and Operations Managers.
• Strong attention to detail for reporting incidents, non‑conformities, and corrective actions.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for technical assistance.
