Electrophysiology Mapping Specialist

About the role

Medtronic is looking for an Electrophysiology Mapping Specialist to join its fast-growing Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team as a Senior Account Specialist. The role is remote and covers a specific region, preferably within the Comunidad Valenciana, and supports physicians and clinical staff in adopting electrophysiology products. English and Spanish are mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and technical support to physicians and EP lab staff on technologies such as the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, Pulse Select PFA over-the-wire ablation system and Arctic Front Advance Cryoablation system.
• Provide product expertise through sales presentations, hands-on demonstrations, installations and ongoing support to ensure technology adoption across hospitals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted partner and resource.
• Keep up-to-date on company products and competitor offerings.
• Work with account teams and Sales Managers on territory reviews and strategic planning, and act as a liaison between sales and technical staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Sales or a related scientific discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in electrophysiology procedures and products.
• Background in Cardiology or experience as a Cardiac Physiologist.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Valid driving licence with a clean record.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of 3D Mapping systems is highly advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
