EMEA Tax Manager

About the role

Fever is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its Tax team and support the company’s rapid international growth across the EMEA region. You will work closely with the Head of Tax and finance colleagues to ensure compliance, optimise tax structures and drive strategic tax initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a growing tax team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Own and manage the comprehensive tax calendar for both direct and indirect taxes across all relevant jurisdictions.
• Coordinate and review indirect and direct tax compliance processes.
• Research, analyse and provide tailored advice on specific tax matters.
• Identify tax risks and potential planning opportunities.
• Determine uncertain tax exposures and manage appropriate tax provisioning.
• Collaborate with third‑party service providers and finance & accounting teams.
• Support all indirect and direct tax audits/inquiries from tax authorities.
• Prepare applications for tax rulings, incentives and exemptions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ownership, leadership and proactivity in a global, high‑growth environment.
• Strong experience in tax compliance and tax strategy for multinational organisations.
• Ability to lead a team and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
