Employee Relations Advisor – EU

About the role

We are scaling rapidly across Europe and need a proactive Employee Relations Advisor to help us manage ER cases, leverage AI tools, and support managers in delivering consistent people decisions. This role sits within the People team and works closely with colleagues in the UK, Barcelona and Boston.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve case‑management processes using AI integration tools.
• Co‑pilot managers on performance, conduct, probation, attendance, and policy matters.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and ensure consistent application of people policies.
• Provide data insights, highlight trends and early‑warning signals for proactive intervention.
• Drive efficiency to reduce case timelines from opening to resolution.
• Partner with the wider People team and business stakeholders to align ER delivery.

Required profile

• Curiosity for building AI‑first ways of working.
• Strong judgement with ability to follow structured processes and adapt when needed.
• Demonstrated experience with employee relations across Europe (or the US).
• Proven track record handling multiple performance and conduct cases.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
