Employer Branding Strategist & AI Trainer (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a senior employer branding strategist to act as an AI trainer, helping our partner AI labs improve how artificial intelligence understands and generates employer‑branding content. This freelance position is fully remote and requires 8–20 hours per week, allowing you to work alongside your current commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI‑generated material on employer value propositions, candidate experience and overall employer branding.
• Evaluate AI outputs for alignment with brand strategy, clarity and real‑world applicability.
• Draft authentic employer‑branding scenarios based on your professional practice.
• Create variations of scenarios from the perspectives of strategists, recruiters, candidates and business leaders.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies or errors in AI‑produced content and provide structured feedback.
• Help the AI system develop a nuanced understanding of employer‑branding processes and strategies.

Required profile

• Senior‑level employer branding strategist or specialist with extensive experience in the EU or UK.
• Proven track record of advising, designing and executing employer‑branding programmes and campaigns.
• Strong ability to critique content for brand consistency, clarity and practical relevance.
• Highly independent, organized and able to deliver structured feedback promptly.
• Available to commit 8–20 hours per week on a freelance basis.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI‑generated content tools and scenario‑building techniques.
