Workday Analyst – Cross Application – Full Remote

About the role

Join Sedgwick as a Workday Analyst focusing on cross‑application configuration, support and continuous improvement of Workday and related HR systems. The role is fully remote for candidates based in Spain or Portugal and works closely with international HR, Total Rewards, IT and vendor teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day BAU activities and maintain Workday across multiple functional areas.
• Configure, test and deploy Workday enhancements, process improvements and system changes.
• Investigate technical issues, identify root causes and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Monitor the Workday inbox, resolve business process events, tasks and exceptions.
• Participate in system testing (unit, regression, UAT) and release readiness activities.
• Maintain HRIS documentation, process guides, knowledge articles and training materials.

Required profile

• 3+ years of HRIS or technical systems experience with hands‑on Workday configuration and support.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, HR, business administration or related field (preferred).
• Experience working with international, cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors.
