Enablement Operations Specialist (Remote, Europe)

About the role

Hostaway is seeking a highly organised Enablement Operations Specialist to support its Global Enablement organisation. This fully remote position works across Europe, collaborating with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Product Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure enablement programs run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day administration of enablement systems, documentation, workflows and learning operations.
• Manage and optimise the enablement technology ecosystem, including learning platforms, knowledge repositories and project‑management tools.
• Design, document and continuously improve SOPs that drive operational excellence and scalability.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives such as product launches, onboarding programs and certifications.
• Maintain governance of the global enablement knowledge base.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and systems‑thinking abilities.
• Flexibility to support global business priorities and occasional early‑morning or evening meetings.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% for off‑sites, kick‑offs and strategic sessions.
• Based in the United Kingdom, Spain or France.

Required skills

• Experience with enablement platforms, knowledge‑management tools and project‑management software.
