About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an Engineering Lead to transition into a management role and lead its engineering team behind the iOS and Android apps and website. The role shapes the technical direction of the company and develops leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of software engineers.
• Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of software projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and processes.

Required profile

• Technical education, engineering or similar.
• Experience in people management, career development and performance evaluation.
• Nice to have: startup experience or a company with very fast growth.
• Nice to have: experience applying Agile methodologies, peer reviews, testing and sprint execution in technical teams.
