Enterprise Account Manager - Benelux

About the role

Perk is seeking a Dutch‑speaking Enterprise Account Manager to own a portfolio of Tier 1 customers across the Benelux region. You will drive customer satisfaction, expand usage of Perk’s travel and spend management platform, and deliver growth and margin within existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers in Tier 1 accounts, ensuring high engagement and product adoption.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through up‑selling and cross‑selling of Perk’s suite of products.
• Deliver regular data‑driven business reviews, reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product integrations and roll‑outs.
• Prioritise activities to maximise impact on strategic account objectives.

Required profile

• Native Dutch speaker with professional proficiency in English.
• Proven experience managing top‑tier enterprise accounts.
• Strong presentation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights for customers.
