About the role
Shakers is looking for an Enterprise Business Developer to expand its Enterprise Sales team. You will work in a fast‑moving startup environment, building relationships with top corporate clients and helping shape the next generation of work.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and generate new commercial opportunities in the B2B technology sector.
- Understand corporate challenges and present Shakers’ value proposition to spark interest.
- Schedule qualified meetings and ensure smooth hand‑offs to Account Executives.
- Produce weekly activity reports, track performance metrics and use data to refine sales strategies.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience in technology consulting, head hunting, or high‑value tech sales.
- Strong motivation for a sales career and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Comfortable discussing technical topics with both technical staff and C‑level executives.
- Degree in engineering, management or a related field; technical background is a plus.
Required skills
- Familiarity with technical sector terminology.
- Experience using KPIs, dashboards and analytics to drive decisions.
- Data‑driven approach with ability to interpret performance data.
