ERP Roadmap PMO Support

About the role

A new role within the ERP Program PMO department is open, offering project management challenges in a team that makes project execution dynamic and exciting. The position is based in the Getafe area and involves supporting the roadmap and planning of ERP projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and integrate schedules, budgets, resources and quality metrics.
• Schedule and plan programs and projects, including task distribution.
• Manage project risks and opportunities.
• Supervise, control and report on performance (milestone tracking) and phase reviews.
• Control contractual data configuration and manage changes.
• Implement new project management tools and processes.
• Collaborate closely with other PMOs in an international environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a PMO role (PMP certification is welcome but not strictly required).
• C1 level of English; excellent oral and written communication is mandatory, as you will communicate constantly with teams in France and Germany.
• Teamwork, empathy and a proactive, eager-to-work mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with planning tools such as UPI and Forge IPT is a plus.
