About the role

We are a leading aviation training organisation looking for a motivated Commercial Specialist to join our Admissions and Training team. The role combines client‑focused advisory work with administrative support, ensuring prospective pilots receive accurate information and a smooth enrolment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise prospective students on pilot training programmes, entry requirements and career pathways.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, video call and in‑person.
• Guide candidates through the admissions and enrolment process, following up on leads.
• Maintain accurate student and client records in our CRM and administrative systems.
• Prepare contracts, documentation and application materials.
• Coordinate visits, assessments and onboarding for new students.
• Support day‑to‑day operations of the Admissions and Training departments.
• Deliver a professional experience to national and international clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, customer‑facing, admissions or commercial roles.
• Experience in aviation, education, training or international environments is a plus.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and confidence handling enquiries.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to commute to the workplace.
