About the role

Mapfre is looking for a Financial and Insurance Specialist for its RED Vida division in Spain. The role focuses on advising and selling financial and insurance solutions to individuals and businesses, with the aim of developing entrepreneurial skills and eventually managing a MAPFRE branch. This position is part of MAPFRE's growth strategy in a stable, continuously evolving sector adapted to a digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and commercialisation of financial and insurance products to private and corporate clients.
• Manage the full client lifecycle: acquisition, service, and retention.
• Offer wealth‑management, financing and intermediation services.
• Develop business opportunities through entrepreneurship, client orientation, and specialised training.
• Adapt to office and digital environments while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Proactive individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with self‑management and goal‑orientation.
• Preferably hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Law or related fields.
• Experience or knowledge in financial advisory and forecasting is valued.
