EU Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to support our European operations from Girona, Spain. You will combine bike‑maintenance expertise with warehouse management to ensure our fleet and equipment are ready for guests and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with the European Logistics Manager.
• Maintain the company bike fleet, provide remote mechanical assistance and ensure bikes are in top condition.
• Manage bike and equipment sales, including preparation, order fulfillment, shipping, and customer service.
• Load and unload bikes and equipment from vans and trailers.
• Receive, inventory, and store equipment; box and ship items as needed.
• Organise the Girona warehouse, uphold stocking standards and own the space.
• Track and report data using MS Excel, Word, PowerBI and NetSuite.
• Support additional projects and ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of bike‑mechanics experience, including Shimano Di2, hydraulic road brakes and SRAM systems.
• Experience with rental bike fleets is a plus.
• Valid EU Category B driver’s licence (BE trailer licence preferred).
• Legal right to work in Spain (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
• Passport for occasional international travel.
• Physical ability to lift and move bikes and equipment daily.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish or Catalan helpful.
• Availability Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend/evening support during peak periods.
