Europe HR Manager

About the role

The Europe HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to regional and local leaders, ensuring HR frameworks, policies, and initiatives align with the company’s mission and long‑term objectives across the European region.

Key responsibilities

• Advise leadership on organizational design, performance management, engagement, and workforce planning.
• Provide guidance on complex employee‑relations issues, performance matters, and organizational challenges.
• Oversee talent development, leadership programs, and employee growth initiatives.
• Manage compensation and benefits frameworks in line with regional guidelines and local market practices.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws in Serbia, Spain and other European jurisdictions.
• Serve as escalation point for compliance‑related matters and employment risk mitigation.
• Develop university partnerships, talent pipelines, and internship programs.
• Enhance employer branding across the European market.
• Define standards for the employee lifecycle and employee experience.
• Oversee HRIS usage (e.g., Workday) for reporting and decision‑making.
• Analyze HR data and KPIs to guide leadership decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and headcount strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including regional or multi‑country roles.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and experience with other European jurisdictions.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Serbian is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, emotional intelligence and resilience.
