Event Production Intern

About the role

Fourvenues, a tech platform for event venues, is looking for an Event Production Intern to join its Events team and help produce Fun Business Days 2027, a nightlife industry congress in Valencia with 3,000 attendees, 4 stages, 40 stands and 50 speakers. The internship is paid with a monthly allowance and runs full-time from November 2026 to the end of April 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Track suppliers: quotes, confirmations, deadlines and invoices.
• Keep the event budget up to date, line by line.
• Organise travel and accommodation for speakers and the team.
• Manage speakers: confirmations, technical needs, materials and schedules.
• Work with Fourvenues' internal teams and the production agency so every deliverable arrives on time.
• Keep production documentation in Notion: run of show, timings, checklists and contacts.
• Be on site for build and show, and help close the edition afterwards.

Required profile

• Studies in event management, production or protocol, ongoing with an internship agreement or recently completed.
• Full professional English (C1).
• Full-time availability from November 2026 to the end of April 2027; weekend availability during the 3 weeks before the event.
• Organised, detail oriented and eager to learn.
• Driving licence valued; previous event, conference or festival experience, even as an intern or volunteer, is valued.
• Interest in the nightlife and live music industry.

Required skills

• Confident with Notion and Google Workspace, especially spreadsheets.
• Uses AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT in daily work.
