Job description
About the role
Eatable Adventures is an innovation consultancy and accelerator focused on food and agriculture, running acceleration programmes and innovation hubs in Spain, Italy and Latin America. As a Marketing Intern (Content & Digital) in Madrid, you will join the Marketing team and create the content published on its digital channels every week, from LinkedIn and Instagram posts to newsletters and announcements about its programmes and partners. This is a learning role within a small team, with clear priorities, regular feedback and growing responsibility.
Key responsibilities
- Create posts, carousels, stories and short videos for LinkedIn and Instagram, following the editorial calendar and brand guidelines, and adapt content across formats, lengths and languages.
- Write short articles, startup success stories and newsletter sections, cover events and proofread everything before publishing.
- Schedule publications, keep the content calendar up to date and help build and send newsletters.
- Maintain contact lists in the CRM (HubSpot) and support landing pages and web updates for programme launches and calls for applications.
- Help set up and track small paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, and pull monthly metrics (followers, reach, engagement, sign-ups) into simple reports.
- Answer comments and messages on the channels with the team's guidance.
Required profile
- Enrolled during the whole internship in a university programme (Bachelor's or Master's, including university-specific Masters) or a vocational training programme, with an internship agreement signed by your institution.
- Studying marketing, communication, advertising, journalism, audiovisual media, business or a related field.
- Clear writing in Spanish and English, written and spoken; has created social media content and can show examples.
- Uses AI tools and enjoys finding new ways to apply them.
Required skills
- Comfort with a design tool such as Canva, Figma or Adobe.
- Nice to have: basic video editing, experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp or Metricool, basic web analytics or SEO knowledge, exposure to LinkedIn or Meta ads, and other languages, especially Italian.
What we offer
- Real work on live channels from the first weeks, reviewed by colleagues.
- A monthly stipend and a schedule aligned with your internship agreement, with flexibility around classes and exams.
- Direct reporting to the head of Marketing, who acts as your internship tutor.
- Possibility of joining the team on a contract after the internship.
