Event Production Trainee (Internship)

About the role

WPP Production is seeking an Event Production Trainee to support the planning and execution of special actions and events. This 6‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in coordinating multi‑channel projects within a global, AI‑driven marketing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of special actions under supervision.
• Manage projects from concept to final execution together with the team.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, creative teams and suppliers.
• Create and monitor detailed budgets, ensuring profitability and compliance.
• Negotiate with suppliers and outsource services as needed.
• Oversee installation, assembly and disassembly of production elements.
• Collect impact data, report findings to clients and apply learnings to future projects.

Required profile

• Student in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to sign an internship agreement with a university or school.
• High level of English.
