Events & Partnerships Executive – Madrid

About the role

Vita Student is seeking an Events & Partnerships Executive to support the localisation and execution of its events and partnership strategy for the Spanish market. Based in Madrid, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing Spain and the UK‑based Events & Partnerships Manager to enhance resident experiences and boost brand awareness across Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the localisation and delivery of Spain’s events and resident engagement programme, tailoring activities to Spanish residents, cultural moments and seasonal events while working with local suppliers.
• Support event logistics and promotion alongside residence teams and capture content for broader marketing initiatives.
• Implement brand partnerships in Spain, identifying and managing local partners across beauty, food & beverage, fashion, fitness and travel, and adapting global opportunities for local relevance.
• Create and coordinate promotional assets for events across digital and physical channels, including website listings, digital screens, printed materials, email and social media, ensuring brand compliance.
• Prepare and maintain event documentation such as briefs, risk assessments and allergen information to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the Spain events and partnerships programme, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate logistics for the Spain Share2Win social media competition prize programme, handling prize fulfilment, packing and courier arrangements.
• Provide on‑site support at selected events and resident activities as required.
• Support financial administration by raising purchase orders, processing supplier invoices and maintaining budget tracking.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with the delivery of local campaigns and activations.
