Events Producer

About the role

WPP Production is looking for an experienced Events Producer to lead the planning, execution and delivery of special brand actions across multiple channels. You will act as the central hub between clients, creative teams and external partners to bring innovative experiences to life.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all stages of special actions from concept to final execution.
• Ensure projects meet creative, budget and timeline targets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, creative teams, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including designers, associate producers, technicians and freelancers.
• Create and manage detailed budgets, guaranteeing value for money and cost compliance.
• Negotiate with suppliers and contract external services as required.
• Handle permits, contracts and legal aspects for unconventional locations.
• Oversee installation, assembly and disassembly of production elements.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop unique concepts that surprise audiences.
• Explore emerging technologies (AR, VR, interactive activations) to implement innovative solutions.
• Identify risks, propose preventive measures and monitor impact, reporting key data to clients.

Required profile

• High level of English proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising production for special action projects, preferably in creative agencies or production studios.
• Proven track record leading projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of emerging brand‑experience technologies such as AR, VR and interactive activations.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, creative thinking and problem‑solving skills.
