About the role
Hastings School, a premium international school in Madrid belonging to the Cognita family, is looking for an experienced Exams Invigilator to support the smooth running of internal and external examinations. The post is full-time, starts in January 2027 and is expected to last until at least the end of January.
Key responsibilities
- Attend invigilation training
- Assist the Exams Officer
- Ensure compliance with exam board regulations
- Support access arrangements together with the Learning Support Department
- Help organise and manage the day-to-day operations of internal exams
Required profile
- Thrives in a team environment with a positive, proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills, accountability and a solid work ethic
- Calm under pressure, highly organised and able to work accurately and efficiently
- Willingness to learn, reflect and respond positively to constructive feedback
- Ability to build supportive relationships with colleagues and students
- Some ability to speak Spanish is a welcome advantage
