About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the General Manager in a dynamic, growing company. This position goes beyond traditional administrative duties, acting as a strategic partner to manage priorities and ensure smooth executive operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize complex calendars and scheduling for the General Manager.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and related logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation.
- Support decision‑making by organizing information and tracking key topics.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high‑level support role.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, or Trello.
