Executive Communications Manager – EMEA (AWS Partner Org)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Communications Manager to join the EMEA AWS Specialists and Partners (ASP) organization. In this senior role you will design and execute strategic communication plans that amplify ASP’s vision to internal and external audiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with EMEA ASP senior leadership to craft executive‑level messaging, presentations, video scripts, and thought‑leadership content.
• Prepare executives for high‑profile speaking engagements, global meetings, keynotes, and media appearances.
• Collaborate with AWS PR, Marketing, and subject‑matter experts to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Manage the speaking‑engagement calendar, align messages internally and externally, and track impact metrics.
• Research industry trends to identify new communication opportunities and enhance executive outreach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar discipline.
• 5+ years supporting senior executives, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
• Strong customer obsession, bias for action, and ability to manage multiple confidential projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools to augment content creation.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud‑technology terminology.
