Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing tech‑focused startup looking for an Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end‑to‑end recruitment for our Tech & Digital teams. Based in Barcelona with a hybrid set‑up, you will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to shape our future workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for technical and digital positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, market trends, and build talent pipelines.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate journey.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies to the team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency or in‑house).
• Experience recruiting for technical or digital roles is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to work with KPIs and prioritize multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and French.
