Exhibition Booth Dental Representative

About the role

The Exhibition Booth Dental Representative will represent ARG’s dental portfolio at the Trinidad & Tobago Dental Association Convention from September 18‑20, 2026. This short‑term, on‑site contract focuses on engaging dental professionals, showcasing equipment and consumables, and gathering qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and dismantle the exhibition booth throughout the event.
• Demonstrate dental products, explain features, and answer pricing questions.
• Interact with dentists, clinic staff, and other attendees in a professional and personable manner.
• Collect accurate lead information and feedback for post‑event follow‑up.
• Ensure the booth reflects ARG’s brand standards and complies with event regulations.

Required profile

• Experience working in dentistry or supporting dental practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and continuous attendee engagement.
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and punctuality.
• Availability for the full event dates, including occasional evenings.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with email, mobile applications, and simple CRM or lead‑tracking tools.
