About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on, dynamic individual to join our team as an Experience Curator/Experience & Events Coordinator. This role is key to delivering an exceptional community experience, ensuring a high NPS by facilitating meaningful connections and creating impactful experiences for families from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve community requests promptly via the ticketing tool.
- Prepare homes for families’ arrival and take a hands‑on approach during turnover weeks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, understand their needs and engage them.
- Gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and assist new families in integrating.
- Communicate upcoming activities to maximise participation and manage content for the internal UGC channel.
- Coordinate with onboarding, participate in pre‑arrival webinars, and book services upon request.
- Plan and execute community‑building events and workshops, including give‑back programs.
- Maintain an events calendar for each cohort and build partnerships with local vendors.
- Create and manage event budgets, monitor success metrics such as capacity, revenue and NPS.
- Record and reconcile daily expenses, handle vendor invoices and support location‑level financial documentation.
Required profile
- Live in or close to Barcelona for daily commuting.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Guest Relations, Customer Experience, Hospitality or Community Building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
- At least 1 year organising or facilitating community‑building activities or events.
- Financial expertise to create and manage event budgets.
- Strong organisational skills to handle high volumes of requests and operational tasks.
- Experience managing third‑party vendors.
- Enjoy fast‑paced startup environments and possess a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and calmness under pressure.
