Expert Network Project Manager – Remote

About the role

M3 is seeking an Expert Network Project Manager to act as the primary liaison between the company, its clients, and internal teams. This remote position oversees international healthcare market‑research projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, timeline adherence, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of international market‑research projects, including specifications review, resource planning, fieldwork scheduling, and launch execution.
• Coordinate kick‑off meetings to align all stakeholders on project goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Recruit niche, hard‑to‑find participants and oversee custom recruitment strategies.
• Handle programming, translations, overlays, testing, and quality‑control activities.
• Provide clients with detailed project updates, analyses, and solution‑focused feedback.
• Monitor recruitment progress, manage internal samples and partner onboarding, and control project budgets.
• Ensure participants receive a positive experience, manage incentive approvals, and address project queries promptly.
• Deliver agreed‑upon client deliverables on time and meet internal billing deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international market‑research projects, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of fieldwork processes and custom recruitment techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across multicultural teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and budget targets.
