Experto en Identity Management y ServiceNow CMDB

About the role

For a leading insurance client in Madrid, we are seeking an Expert in Identity Management and ServiceNow CMDB. The position is fully remote and offered under a permanent contract. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure and efficient identity processes.

Key responsibilities

• Study and design data synchronization between Qualys Platform and ServiceNow CMDB.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and external connectors using Qualys Guard.
• Document integration workflows and present them in architecture workshops.
• Implement technical deployment activities for Qualys and CMDB data flows, including asset tagging and user‑based access controls.
• Create new dashboards supporting MTSBv2 and MTSBv3 programs.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Identity Management concepts, authorization, authentication and segregation of duties.
• Experience with ITSM tools, especially ServiceNow, and best practices in data security.
• Proficiency in evaluating and manipulating APIs and vulnerability management solutions.
• Ability to develop KPIs, metrics and trend analysis for vulnerability management.
