FAB Associate - Marketing (Farm Animal Business, Spain & Portugal)

About the role

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, is looking for a FAB Associate-Marketing professional to support marketing activities for its Farm Animal Business across Spain and Portugal. The role contributes to promotional material management, digital marketing execution, campaign tracking, market analysis and brand planning, working closely with brand managers, the digital team, agencies and external partners. The position is based in Madrid, with 30-40% travel mostly in Spain and occasional international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of promotional materials in PromoMats and provide backup support for marketing campaign tracking.
• Create, develop and execute digital customer touchpoints, including banners, email campaigns, webinars and online events, using Marketo and external agencies.
• Coordinate with media partners and advertising agencies to implement and monitor communication plans and marketing campaigns.
• Support brand managers with campaign and event execution, congresses, expense monitoring, digital strategy development and new product launches.
• Extract market data, prepare charts and analyses, contribute to brand plans and cycle meetings, support competitor price analysis and identify customer marketing opportunities within legal and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences; Veterinary Medicine or Pharmacy preferred.
• Advanced level of English, able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and fluent Spanish.
• Preferred: Master's degree in the pharmaceutical industry, basic knowledge of veterinary products and a genuine interest in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a collaborative team.
